Taking risks can be either wreckless or well planned.

My belief is that good planning for any entrepreneur is essential.

I call it "professional entrepreneurship"

This website is a guide to help you plan. Many companies are using My Strategy Plan and to great success.

I recently judged an entrepreneurs competition and it was very interesting to see the differences in the contestants business plans.

I asked some simple questions which the contestant could not answer :

So how many customers have you spoken to ?
So how many items have you sold to people ?
What was stopping you making some items and starting to sell them ?

Do a "proof of concept" - try selling your idea first in the real world

and make sure you ..... research, research, research.
