If you experience excellence then - don't ignore it - STUDY IT !
What was it that made you feel you had experienced excellence ? Can you replicate this excellence in your own business ? It may be a hotel you stay at, it may be a car you drive. For instance - I always enjoy the excellence I feel when buying something from Apple. Everything they do is excellent - products, service,packaging and website. And they achieve excellence over and over again - not easy ! Does your company portray the same excellence ? If it doesn't then try and fix it. |
