I have tried to emulate the best companies I know right from the letterhead, the ways of working, the communication ...infact everything ! You can never stop learning. I love logging in to the apple.com website - their image is awesome. Its always exciting, the design is clean and its so simple ! When visitors come to my business I have thought through everything ....how can we be really professional. I try to think of everything - right down to the coffee cups they use ! (One visitor said our reception is one of the most professional he had ever been to in the world.) I try to associate the CORE of my business with the word Professionalism. |
